Smile Question

O.K, I am going to approch this atkins diet from a different point of view!!!!!! Instead of weight, I will be watching for inchs. So, my question is how often should I be checking to make sure I am sliming down? Thanks, Jackie

At first you'll notice considerable inches lost during week long intervals. For the first 2 or 3 this is a good time frame. After that, as fat loss slows so does inch loss - every month is a good time frame then.

Remember to measure in lots of places. Some months I've lost in the most bizarre places - like my neck or my knees!

Cheers,
Nat

Nat is right about things moving around constantly.

I can't remember where I read it (some LC success book) but once a month at the same time of day was recommended.

Smaller is way better then lighter!
