Unhappy 2 months to swim suit ready!!!!!! HELP!!

I have tow months till I go to Hawii and I just realized it!
I have to be seen in a bathing suit too! YUCK and really dont feel the need to punish society with these thighs LOL
But seriously do you think I can make my mini goals and drop 20 pounds by then, maybe I stay in the induction the whole time! UGHHH

I got one of those skirted tankinis ... very flattering and very cute too.

I feel totally comfortable in one and can concentrate on what I'm doing instead of what I look like.

Run run run! Everyday! The fat fast works well, you might want to try that, just be careful. You goal is pretty realistic in my opinion.

Do thigh exercises while watching TV in addition to whatever exercise you normally do. And if you aren't exercising, start walking to help speed the loss. It absolutely ok to stay on Induction longer. I did it for almost 6 months.

I disagree. Dr Atkins clearly states that the Fat Fast is only to be used by the severely metabolically resistant, who can't lose anything on induction and need a jump start. It is not meant to be used by the average low carber just to lose weight fast.
