Christine, I wish I could help you work through those results, but you measure things differently than we do in the States, and I don't understand.

However, I'm not sure of what use a non-fasting test is. Don't you have to be on a 12 hour fast for the results to be reliable?

i don,t really know if it makes much difference fasting.i would have thought the results may be better if i,d had nothing to eat but as the test was done in the afternoon, i had to eat something.i think i,ve worked out that the LDL-109.HDL-68.triglycerides-62 and the total is180. would that help?

I think that's excellent! In fact, I'm just about to post my results, which I got today, and mine are very similar.

Truthfully, I'm not sure what difference fasting makes, but here, they insist on fasting tests. Perhaps Doreen or someone else with medical knowledge can chime in.

I'm pretty sure we use the same measurements in Canada and from my own test I can tell you those numbers are great if we do

Triglycerieds are very low
HDL is amazingly high - they want it to be over.90
LDL is also good.
Total Cholesterol is average and good as well.

Sorry I can't be of more help but the website that does the conversions is down (http://www.neosoft.com/neosoft/locked.html). I'm sure Doreen can help you though!
