Red face I need a inspirational butt kick'n!

I have a membership with Ladies Express Fitness which has 12 machines that work the whole body in a circuit training setup.

I need some encouragement. I make excuses for not going!

thanks

Go! Go! You've already committed the cash; now commit your time. Does LEF take more than 30 minutes? (Not counting stretching afterward). Don't tell me you can't find that time sometime when they're open! Plus, I'm willing to bet you'll find it's actually fun. And the size shrinkage makes it even better! So--go! (Besides that, I'd like to discuss the similarities and differences between your LEF circuit and my Curves circuit. )

Talking hi

Hey whats up.......I was kind of hesitant to hit the gym as well but when you go you will realize that no one cares about you! Everyone is so into what they are doing that you just become another person in their eyes. Besides the folks who are fitter didnt get that way by staying home did they? I didnt think so ....so just go early in the morning when it is less crowded (my gym opens at 5am thank god) and enjoy becoming a better person. Something thats kind of mean that gets me going is seeing people who are less fit then myself, I am sure there are people a lot worse then you. So go and have fun and let us know how you do.

Hadi

Mossling-

Thank you for the straight shooting I agree that I have the 40min including pre & post stretching! We have a Curves also in town and they are very much the same. LEF has a few more machines and a bit younger crowd.

thanks and regards,

Hbmich -

Your reply was very helpful, just going is half the effort and once there I can see everyone is there trying to get fit. True also anyone who is in better shape didn't get that way making excuses from of the sofa!

Thank you and regards,
