Thumbs up Motivational Words of Wisdom....

I was just thinking that we feed our bodies everyday. It's important to feed ourselves healthy foods so that we can perform at our best. Most of us don't make our living with our bodies, though. We make our living with our minds. How well are you feeding your mind?

Begin Again...

One of the best things we can do in our lives is this: Begin again

Begin to see yourself as you were
When you were the happiest and strongest you have ever been.

Begin to remember what worked for you
(and what worked against you),
And try to capture the magic again.

Begin to remember how natural it was when you were a child--To live a lifetime in each day.

Begin to forget the baggage you have carried with you for years:
The problems that don't matter anymore,
The tears that cried themselves away,
And the worries that are going to wash away
On the shore of tomorrow's new beginnings.

Tomorrow tell us it will be here every new day of our lives;
And if we will be wise,
We will turn away the problems of the past
And give the future -- and ourselves -- a chance to become the best of friends.

Sometimes all it takes is a wish in the heart to let yourself...BEGIN AGAIN.

Thumbs up Find A Reason!!!

Find a reason ...

You could find a perfectly valid reason to never step forward and accomplish anything.
But of what value would that really be?
You could find a completely understandable excuse for never making the most of your possibilities.
And you'd be left with nothing to show for it other than that excuse.
Or you could find a reason to make the effort, to transcend the obstacles, to deal with the challenges and to get where you truly want to go.
You could hold that reason up in front of you every time you become weary, every time you become discouraged.

And it would be a reason with some real value.
It would be a reason that would compel you and drive you and encourage you toward the best you can be.

Find a reason to accomplish, a reason to succeed, a reason to do what it takes to reach your most treasured dreams.
Then, not only do you have a reason, you have much, much more.
You have a life being filled with accomplishment and meaning.
