Ok, I've been on Atkins (induction) for about 12 weeks now. For the past 4, I've been compleltely stalled at 183. I've been drinking all my water, watching the questionable foods, etc etc, but I just cant seem to get the weight and/or inches down anymore. I'm getting to the point where I may try a refeed or something, but does anyone have any suggestions?

See HogarthNH's signature. Plus there was a post from someone who was sure they were doing everything the same, but when they used fitday to check, got the shock of their lives and found out what was really going on with carbs, ratios and calories. It is a good tool. Maybe you should give it a try, if you don't use it already.

Make sure you're getting the right fat/protein/carb ratios.

Why don't you give us a few days worth of menus and maybe we can spot a problem.

give it another week or two, you don't have much to lose and sometimes your body just needs to adjust, I reccomend against the refeed unless you've gone 6+ weeks without losing anything

ok, here's a very typical day's worth of eating for me

Breakfast: 2 eggs OR 2 pcs sausage (not both, just not hungry in the morning), 1 cup decaf w/ cream
Lunch: wendy's double chzbgr (no bun, of course), caesar side salad
Dinner: 1 chicken breast w/cheddar cheese, half a cucumber (or something to this effect, usually 1 serving of some sort of meat w/ some hard cheese and a veggie)
Snacks (once a day): 10-15 almonds (sometimes, but not often) OR 2 pcs string cheese OR beef jerky OR half an advantage bar.

I dont really vary it up too much, just because no time. Sometimes for breakfast I will have leftovers from the night before.

Try to go without the almonds and advantage bar for a while - nuts and bars are common stallers.
