Default Chocolate Covered Macadamia Nuts

I used to eat these all the time. Any ideas?

I too would LOVE an answer. I am not a wz with melting chocolate but I'd guess we could use unsweetened baking chocolate(probably a very high end brand) and sweeten it with Splenda or sweetner of choice, then "dip" the nuts?
Anyone tried this. I refuse to buy them from the Atkins Catalog for so much $$$.

I was thinking about doing something like that. I didn't even realize that Atkins sold those, but like you I probably won't be wasting my money on that, especially if I can figure out a way to do it myself.

try melting a lowcarb chocolate bar and dipping them .. or pouring it over the nuts and puttin the nuts in the fridge or the freezer over night ( so the chocolate will harden) i used to do this with "real" chocolate and almonds YUM
