cheated bad!!!!
I did it 1 week! BUT, last night I gorged on ice cream, cereal, fruit!! I am temporarily living with my parents so I can't get rid of all the stuff I am not supposed to eat. I know I only have a small amount of weight to lose, but is this going to mess up my whole induction?
Has anyone else done this, and if so what did you do and did you gain weight?
I have read about refeeding and I am a runner (5-6 miles a day), so in my mind (lol) this could be somewhat beneficial for running. I ate my bacon and eggs today and getting back into it, but it's just so hard sometimes!!! BLAH
