Not sure if anyone is in the distribution business, but I live in Kingston, Jamaica and I have extreme difficulty finding lo carb products.

Buying online is not desirable because shipping & customs costs double the cost of the product.

Any recommendations?

I wasn't lcing when I was in jamaica but.... jerk meats and some great salads are perfect for Atkins!

The only suggestion I can think of is to search the web for low carb recipes. There are lots out there that don't involve buying special mixes. I just saw one for cheese puffs using ingreds that you'd probably have in your kitchen right now.

Otherwise, maybe a friend or colleague that travels abroad can bring you back specific items. Or you could contact via the internet and regular mail some of the larger retailers in your area convincing them to buy some lc products. If they think they can sell them they'll order them for you. If you have friends who are also interested in buying lc food have them co-sign your correspondence. The more potential customers the more the retailers will be interested.
