I am actually not doing Atkins, I'm on South Beach Diet and on the AOL message board, everyone has said that Blue Bunny with Splenda is the best. I have not tried it, but will try to find it when I go the the market this week. If you taste it before I do, let me know if everyone is right.

I bought the Blue Bunny Sugar-Free ice cream pops. they're like Eskimo Pies -- vanilla ice cream dipped in a chocolate coating. They're delicious! At 6 grams of carbs apiece, I don't eat them often, but they're fabulous to have on hand for sudden cravings.

Hello:

I am no longer on Atkins but like to check in every once in awhile. I am now on SugarBusters, and I love those Blue Bunny Lite 85 yogurts. I eat them a lot of mornings for breakfast with some Gram's Granola (no sugar added). They are a great snack too....so many flavors, so little time. Blue Bunny also has no sugar added ice cream drumsticks that are to die for. I try not to keep them around because they are too tempting, but get them occasionally for a dessert.

The yogurt has too many naturally occurring carbs for Atkins induction. But, if on OWL or maintenance it'll probably be a great snack or breakfast food, even dessert.

Take care!

I went shopping when i decided to try out Atkin's..

I being a Sam's club fanatic... bought Splenda (700packet)
I have all this stuff... and really don't know what to use it in?? any suggestions ?

I understand that 1 packet = 1 carb for Induction, I'm right on that, right??

I've been using the BB yogurt for lunches. I make yogurt cheese (full fat PLAIN yogurt, drained overnight in the fridge), then I mix 1 small container of the BB flavored yogurt w/1 cup of the yogurt cheese and have that for lunch. This cuts the sweetness of the flavored yogurt and makes a nice consistency and is pretty filling.

I get the BB yogurt at Superwalmart, they only have 3 flavors at the one I shop at, strawberry, black cherry and peach. Can't find it ANYWHERE esle.

I tried the keylime Blue Bunny yogurt - it was pretty good. I like the whole milk yogurt mixed with a little ketoshake better though.

By the way, I should have stuck to what worked. The chocolate peanutbutter ketoshakes are great- so I ordered cappucino and strawberry. They are not nearly as good.

I eat the Blue Bunny 85 nearly every morning for breakfast. I often add a couple of T. of All-Bran Extra fiber for fiber's sake. The stuff is good. My husband did groceries today and brought home 10 different flavors. I give it two thumbs up.
