Question recipes for soy flour

Hi everyone, I finally found some soy flour. Now I need to find some recipes! Any ideas would be appriecated! I've got the "red lobster" biscuits recipe. Any more would be wonderful. Thanks

You can make pancakes with it. The important things to remember are:
Use a lot more eggs than with normal flour (soy flour doesn't go sticky when it cooks)
Use very little water/cream - for the same reason as above. The mixture should be thicker than normal batter.
If you want to make thick fluffy little pancakes (nice for spreading stuff on hot or cold), add a half teaspoon of baking soda and a couple of teaspoons of vinegar or lemon juice to the mix to make it rise while cooking.

I fry them in butter.
