Where can I buy liquid Splenda?

I will be in Vancouver BC and Victoria next week, my first time visiting Canada. Is liqiud Splenda sold in most grocery stores? Are there any other low carb foods available there that I can't buy in the states?
PS What are some of the "must see" places?

They don't sell it in liquid.. Many here have tried.. We all woul dlove to get our hands on some...

Thanks. I haven't read the other posts about it. I assumed it was available everywhere but the good old USA. That leaves me more time to do some sightseeing.
