This isn't a recipe but a recommendation....

At Safeway they have these large, stuffed green olives that are to die for! The olives are 'Safeway Select' brand and are a little pricey ($4+ CAD per jar), but worth every penny for a treat.

They are super low-carb are stuffed with interesting things like whole garlic clove, jalepeno, whole almond and then some other ones. I've tried the garlic (the garlic is crunchy and not overpowering) and the jalepeno (has a bit of heat, but brine mellows it). These are great for a party, or I make my own 'party' at home with minisausages, these olives, devilled eggs, cheese string, celery sticks and cucumber, etc.
