How do you accurately count your carb intake???
I just started induction. I’m not too sure about how to calculate up my 20g of carbs daily. Today, for breakfast I had an omelet with cheddar, ham, spinach & peppers from a store. I know spinach and peppers are apart of the allowed veggies that have carbs, but how do I know how many more carbs I need. I want to have a precise count, so I won’t go over. How do you all do it.
