i had to laugh today. I was at Walmart and looking at the diet section when I saw "Success bars: From the makers of Slimfast for Low Carb Dieters" What's next. The lowcarb slimfast diet? You have a shake for breakfast and lunch, then a steak and veggies for dinner?
