Default Completely Clueless About Exercise

I am completely clueless when it comes to exercise. I know nothing about it but need to tone up my jelly belly and get workin to lose the last 20lbs.

I have an aerobics tape which is actually very good. My brother also has weights. So I am wondering what should I do to start off with? I'm gonna try the AM cardio thing, should I do weights also? How often should I work out? What should I eat after workout?

I was in your situation abut 3 years ago (and based on you picture, at 50 Im alot older), where I knew nothing about exercise.

I joined a gym that has personal trainers and just started. The first few months were very discouraging... But I have not given up. Now, 3 years later I am in better shape I have ever been in my life.

See my before/after pictures (link in my sig) to see what wroking out did for me. I guess I did so well that the gym put my picture on thier web site (Im the guy in the left picture standing next to one f the trainers)
