OMG I thought I was the only person! During the end of my first week I had a dream where I was at home and I kept sneaking into a back room filled with bowls of high carb junk food, i.e. chips, animal crackers, cookies... When I woke up I was mad at myself for cheating until I realized it was a dream.

WEIRD.

I've had three 'cheating' dreams since I started.

In the first I took a McDonalds French Fry... the Second, I took a sip of Coke and in the third it was a cookie...

Each time I woke up and was pissed at myself...

Its been a few weeks since the last so maybe its over - till the sequels...

I had a cheat dream myself the other night - and I think it involved doughnuts and sandwiches. Glad I'm not the only crazy person out here!

Hey it could be worse I've heard of people who are sleep eaters! Like sleepwalkers except they eat in their sleep and don't remember doing it in the morning, YIKES!! I'd hate for that to happen to me.

I've had many of them and the one I had a few nights ago involved me eating something for the first time (all previous ones were just temptations where I said NO at the last moment).

I am finding that in my waking hours, I would like some carb foods - not because they have carbs in them but what I remember of the taste.
I'm going to have to get to some serious baking and make some LC products.

I dreamt about big, huge cookies last night. I couldn't stop eating them! Woke up and felt better, since I didn't really DO it!

Sleepeating must be the reason for my pause in losing. I'm so glad you figured it out. I would never have guessed.
