Question low blood pressure

Has anyone had a problem with low blood pressure since doing Atkins or another low carb? Last Saturday I had an episode getting out of bed where one minute I was fine, getting up, thinking about what I needed to do and the next my head had hit the floor. I have never had this sort of problem before and checked my blood pressure on a machine at the drug store where it said it was low (87/63) but I don't really know what my normal was before Atkins, only that I have never had a problem with high BP before.
Is there such a thing as too low (as long as you are careful getting out of bed LOL!) and is there a way to low carb without lowering BP? I have read about allot of people lowering their BP and getting off their meds doing low carb.

I look forward to your input.

Sheilaraye couldn't do Atkins because her bp would get to low. She moved to CAD where she didn't often have that problem. I have lbp and have to be careful not to make sudden moves. I haven't noticed as many episodes once I added potassium. If it occurs again, you need to discuss it with your doctor.
