Unhappy Check Your Russell Stover Candy

Hi, I just checked my Russell Stover low carb candy ingredients. The French mint contains partially hydrogenated cottonseed oil. The milk chocolatey flavor has no hydrogenated oil. I have also seen people on ebay selling Carbolite bars and stating they are good for people on Atkins. These bars also have hydrogenated oils. Check ingredients carefully before buying your low carb items.

Default Products Containing Partially Hydrogenated Oils

Someone raised a very good point in a different thead pointing out that many of the russel stover sugar free candies contain partially hydrogentated oils, which have been shown to be extremely unhealthy. I am glad i read that post b/c i used to eat alot of those candies.

I would like to gather info on other popular low carb foods that contain any type of hydrogenated or partially hydrogentated oils. So gather your foods, check the label, and please post here so we can get an idea as to what foods contain this very unhealthy oil
