Default How many carbs do you eat a day at this point in time?

How many carbs are you eating a day? And how long have you been LCing?

I'm at about 30 carbs a day and have been LCing since 4/13

I've been LC since around the second week of May. If you count yogurt as only 4 ECC per cup, I am still hanging around 20g of net carbs a day. If you go by the nutricional info on it I am getting around 20-30 a day.

Besides the yogurt my only real source of carbs is veggies and soy products. I did make meatballs that used LC bread the other day though

I started May 29th, a little over 5 weeks ago. I remain at 20 g a day, but I have introduced nuts and berries into my meals. Despite working out I seem to have a high metabolic resistance (probably due to hormone pills), and only lose slowly. But slow is ok with me. I've lost 8 lbs so far, have 10 more to go.

I'm in my 19th week. I normally stay around 15-20, but will occasionally let it go to 30.

Nice to know I'm not alone here at the lower levels of carbs!

Started May 15/03 - remaining between 15-20, although I "say" my upper limit is 25 I've never actually reached it. I simply can't eat that much food!

I've had to discontinue all dairy products except the occasional yogurt but I've added strawberries, sometimes but rarely- nuts, and the very very rare diet Sprite with aspartame. I fill up on lots and lots of varieties of veggies.
