Unhappy Leaving for Vacation...

I am leaving for vacation and I am a little worried about going off my new way of eating! We will be traveling on our boat for 10 days and there is only so much you can take.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I have done so good. I just want to continue it!! I have almost hit my first mini goal.

There should be plenty of protein, veggies, salads. The trick will be to exercise control when you're confronted with the other "stuff". You need to keep your talking yourself out of cheating !
