Wink Hellooo

Hello everyone!

I'm so glad I found a forum about low-carb. I definitely need help!

I just got myself into this low-carb diet in June 2003 - and since my scale is not very accurate, I've been using my pants as my weight guide.. :-) At the moment, I can fit into my favorite pant easily! :-D It was pretty hard last month.....

Anyway, I'm going to buy myself a good scale, so at least I can write down my weight weekly.

I'm enjoying the low-carb allowed foods so far, the only temptation is when i dont have my low carb munchies during the day, cause I tend to eat whatever available.......

okay.... I'll post more later,

Ciao

Hi there Maukurus, welcome!

You've started well - that's great!

Did you know that scales often lie? In fact we often suggest folk do exactly what you've done - use an article of clothing as a measure. We call it the "pant-o-meter."

Have you thought of starting a journal here? They can be a very useful way to keep track of your eating, and also a good way to make new friends.

All the very best to you!

Rosebud
