Hi there,

First of all, have you looked at all the hints in the very large thread "Fitday.com How To's?" You'll find it near the top of the Newbies' Questions forum.

For things like omelettes, you are best to add the ingredients individually.
And commercial products such as the Atkins muffin need to be added to Custom Foods.

Fitday you have to break apart your foods and enter each separateley. Example: If your omelet has 3 eggs, 1/4 cup cream, 2 tbls grated cheddar, 1 pat butter. All four ingredients are to be entered separately. This is the most accurate way to do fitday. Customization is mostly for pre-packaged foods - - you plug in the nutrients off the label.

Little time consuming but I live by FITDAY.

Default fitday question

thanks

yes i have given here all the items included for this breakfast... still trying to see if someone is willing to take the items I have listed and tell me what count they come up with so I can then match it with the counts I came up with. That would help me to see how accurate I have been doing fitday.
