I was at the store to get fiber and decided to get a pure de-lite mint chocolate bar for a treat. For some reason it tasted way to sweet though and left a nasty after taste in my mouth. I guess this means no more treats, except maybe some nice dark chocolate.

My tastes may be off today too though. This morning my egg had some thicker bright white area in the whites. I didn't think that was anything bad, but after I made my omlette it tasted really off and kind of nasty.

I wasn't able to get phsyllum husks this early in the morning unfortunetly. I did find a brand of fiber that is 3 carbs and 3g soluable fiber, so that is good at least.

dark chocolate? waht is the carb content in it?
