Default restless sleep and whooshing

A while ago I read where Karen B. said that restless sleep can mean that your body is burning fat. Well, now I believe it.

I had two nights of restless sleep, and this morning I am down 3.5 pounds!! Yippee.

I've been LC'ing for two weeks and three days now, and I"ve lost 13 pounds. I lost the first 9.5 in the first week, and didn't lose any for the next week. I was doing about 30 carbs a day. For the past three days I went down to under 20 carbs, and then had the whoosh.

I'm going to try to stick to under 20 from now on!!!

Thumbs up

Definitely I believe that a bad night's sleep is a sign of a whoosh since I experience this ALL this week. THe worst thing is feeling hot...I seem to be so "warm" during the night - - kicking the covers off. I wake up lighter each time the symptoms are the worst.

Yes, Yvonne, I also was very hot the past few nights (although it HAS been hot here).

It's neat to be able to be so in tune with my body since starting this WOE.

Hmm... interesting theory. I'll have to take note and see if this is true for me too.

Default I feel a whoosh too.

I have droopy eyes, cause of no sleep. My face gets flushed and I get hot as well. I call it "the burn". No other weight loss plan causes it. (that I know of) I love this WOL.

May you ALL be blessed with whooshes this weekend.

Be blessed,
Tanya
