Question Waist Measurement

To find out your body fat using your waist and hips measurement. Do you use your waist measurement at you "true" waist or do you use your waist"across navel" measurement?

Help please.

Peace
red

Best way to get your body fat measured is to do so with fat calipers or submersion. Tape measurements just won't do it.

If you use a tape measure just to get a range....use a plastic measuring tape (these won't stretch out over usage) and be very consistant at your measuring points. You will use the measurement at the navel or the "natural waist line".
