I've been lurking here and in other diet forums for a while now. I keep coming across references to whoosh fairies. Can somebody please tell me what this is? Am I missing something?

A whoosh fairy is a fairy who occasionally appears and magically runs off with a pound or hopefully several - thereby giving you a whoosh downwards on the scale!! She(?) is an important person to keep in with and needs tempting to appear by any means possible - unfortunately she is a bit unpredictable and can't be called upon to order - but we all feel fortunate when she's been around
