Smile Looking for a follow shorty chat buddy

Hi!
I'm quite little-- 4'9/about 115 lbs. used to be a sz 2--now I'm pushing a size 6 which is huge for me. I think most of my gain is because of a change in my activity level--used to go out clubbing ect.when I was single and now my anti-social honey and I stay home a lot. Would love to chat with some support & ideas. I walk on crutches--so excercise plan is simply more walking.Day 2 of low carbing.

Just wanted to say hi! Welcome to low carbing. I hear ya on the clubing thing when I was single...I stayed thin....now I've been married 10 wonderful years and two kids later...yes, we stay home ALL of the time! But I wouldn't have it anyother way!

Come and visit me in my journal sometime...maybe you'd like to start one too...it really brings in support...people visit and you kinda like meet new and interesting people who understand what you are feeling and support you when you are down, and give you great advice...you get the idea!
