Hi I went to post a question in your journal, but it looks like a long time since you were there. So hope I catch you here.

I was just wondering you said, you had the Pilates tapes, Scott's I think, have you found them easy to follow on their own or did you take classes first?
If anyone else has a comment about it plese respond as well
