Default What is your typical daily food plan?

My day -
Breakfast: SF Tang and 3 oz of tuna fish
Snack:
Lunch: Chef Salad w/Good Seasons Italian and lots of meat , eggs and cheese
Dinner: 5 oz meat (steak, Kosher hot dogs, chicken, ham, seafood), 1/2 SF Cole Slaw
Snack: Macadamia nuts

Interested in knowing how others are LCing.

Breakfast 2 eggs either scrambled or fried in butter
4-5 turkey bacon strips

Snack~~~~

Lunch Salad with meat on top(Chicken, shrimp or beef)
bacon crumbles, tomato and cheese with ranch or oil & vinegar

Snack~~~~~~~

Dinner- Meat(steak or chicken maybe fish) with a salad or steamed veggies. Sometimes with broccoli and cheese !

Snack~~~~~~ 1 oz of colby jack cheese

Breakfast chicken salad with a low carb tortilla or Low carb hot cereal

Lunch chicken breast and little salad with cheese and ranch dressing

Snack 2 hard boiled eggs or Atkins bar or nuts

Dinner egg white omelet with spinach, feta cheese and tomatoes

And of course lots of water

I do not do breakfast Since quitting toasted bagels w/butter I cant seem to stand anything else besides my coffe mug with a pack of Splenda.

Lunch is often chicken breast with some salad, other times it's just salad with 2 eggs & ham. 4 or 5 strawberries or 15 raspberries. Yes I count them

Dinner could be pork chops, omlette, chicken souvlaki, my variation of stir fry chicken, SF jello, herbal tea with Splenda.

I try to create a variety of meals during the week for dinner since my husband eats any type of food. I mean I have 4 kinds of ice cream in the fridge and chocolate croissants on the kitchen table.
