Default Keeping track of carbs

I started to write down and add up what I eat. I am hoping that will turn things around for me. Today I had almost no carbs for breeakfast and lunch - less than 2 each meal. Dinner I had two cups of green beans and that was 10 and scallops broiled. On PP I am supposed to have 60 grams of protein per day and no more than 10 grams of carbs per meal. I am looking forward to having a glass of wine also but I am trying to make it only for special occassions. Thank you all for your suport and ideas. Appreciate any - I am going to the gym now. Exercise can't hurt.

Instead of trying to keep track of your carbs on paper, you might want to give Fitday a try. The website is www.fitday.com and it's a free service; all you have to do is register.
I'm a little confused; your post mentions Protein Power, but your profile says you're doing Atkins. They're similar, but not the same (or are you trying to combine them?)
