Smile Just Got My First Official Whoosh

After 83 days, I got a 4 lb Whoosh this week.

I guess since I live in the "boonies" it took the Whoosh Fairey a while to find me!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank goodness neither one of us gave up.LOL

Default Great!

Good for you!
Yes, it is good that you never gave up - as long as you stick with this for the long term, it will work. Those that say it doesn't work are the ones that "tried it" for a little while.

Just think, if you had given up after a short time, you would not have had the whoosh you just enjoyed!

Keep on working at it!

Scott

Default Thanks For The Support

drhard, you are not far from me, so I'll try to send her your way.
I think there are so many on the Atkins plan that she needs help.

yvonne326, I have to admit that I made a ricotta cheesecake with walnut crust. ( I have relatives visiting right now) and ate one small piece with strawberries on top the night before the Whoosh. It had 8 carbs. I stayed at 20 carbs, so I did substitute it for some vegs that day. Maybe my body was thanking me for giving it something so yummy?

My company is amazed at the things you can do with pork rinds.
Wish someone would publish a cookbook with all the uses for them. They especially liked the broccoli, cheese and pork rind casserole.

Thanks again everyone. I hope you all get a big Whoosh soon.
