Red face patience and exercise

Hello all fellow low carbers,
I am trying very hard to be patient with my Atkins diet. None of my clothes from last spring fit me and I refuse to buy new. I have come to the conclusion that successful dieting is all about patience.(and more patience). I have joined a gym close to my house and am currently getting ready to go to an aerobics class. I figure if I exercise 4 days a week and stick to atkins I HAVE to lose weight, right?
My advice, stick with it and my favorite advice from Dr Atkins is those foods (carbs) don't exist for you anymore. That is my new mantra. I said it all weekend after cooking a turkey dinner and avoiding the mash potatoes and stuffing like the plague

Hi Rebecca,

Well said! With that attitude you will certainly do well with your new way of eating.

The weight didn't go in in two weeks, so we can't expect to come off in two weeks...right?

Good luck
Lesley
