Question Soya Powder vs Soy Flour

I recently went searching for soy flour, but could not find any locally anywhere. I found some "Soya Powder", ingredients- just soybeans. It's finer ground than soy flour, but that's the only difference I know of, so can it be used the same as soy flour? I e-mailed the company to ask, but haven't heard back yet. Does anyone have any experience with the product? It says it can be used in baking or to make soy milk. I just wonder if it measures the same for recipes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
God Bless,
Amy-Lynne
