Default I'm so proud! I did good!

I'm exactly one week into induction, and I just went out to celebrate a co-worker's birthday at a rib place and just drank water, had them hold the BBQ sauce and just cook the meat in spices and ate the corn on the cob--the only thing vaguely "vegetable-like" at the place. I handed the corn muffin back to the waitress (it was hard....it was REAL hard) and didn't TOUCH the blooming onion that everyone was sharing or the baked beans. I'm very proud of myself (I was dying to tell someone). And, you know, I kept thinking while I was sitting there "this should be harder, I should be going through hell right now" and it really wasn't!!!

I'm glad you were able to resist temptation.

Just so you know next time corn is high carb.

You should be proud of your accomplishments so far!

I managed to survive a few days ago at Perkins. I had the grilled cod and two veggie sides but managed to not eat the carrots and not eat the two rolls that looked so good. It was the most difficult challege I had since low-carbing and I'm glad to say I also succeeded too!
