Default Lost 4 inches forst week of Induction!!

I am so jazzed! I measured when I began on April21st and I just measured this morning April 27th.....Day 7 of Induction!
I lost four inches overall!!! I could feel it when I got up this morning. You know how you just "feel" like you have gotten smaller? Well, I was thrilled to see the following:

3/21

Thigh 22.25 22.25
Hips 38.5 37.25
Waist 30.5 29.5
Abs 38 37.75
Chest 38.5 29.75
Ribs 30.25 29.75
Knee 15 14.75
I had my Feta cheese omlette and bacon this morning with the biggest you-know what grin on my face! This forum has been such a motivator and education. thank you to all of you out there, it is beyond cool!

think I'll go to the beach!

Congratulations! Really validates your choice, doesn't it? Especially when you feel satisfied and energetic, I bet you have a smile on your face a lot these days. Good for you.

Good job ! It was a great idea that you measured yourself when you started, a lot of folks don't, that way if weight loss by the scale slows down you'll still be able to see that you're losing fat .
