Hello!

Unfortunately, whole wheat pasta still does a number on your blood sugar. Also, from what I've heard, the low carb pasta is crappy.

I don't know the details of the Somersizing plan, but your best bet is probably to wean yourself off the pasta. Technically, there's nothing special about pasta: plain pasta tastes terrible. It's the chicken, alfredo sauce, vegetables, spices, cheese, and whatever else you pile on it that make it great. You can keep those things! You'll definitely find some good ideas in the kitchen section of the forum. My two favorite pasta replacements are meat balls with veggies in tomato sauce, or thinly sliced zucchini "noodles" with alfredo sauce and parmesan cheese. I honestly don't miss pasta.

Good luck!
