Default Keto shakes VS Carb countdown

Ok one more question and then I'll shut up for the day. I bought the Keto Protein powder ~ $19.00 a can. I now found it on the internet cheaper. However, I was mixing with 1/2 and 1/2 and water and one frozen strawberry. It has 26g protein in (2) scoops, I use 1 scoop, which would be 13 right? Ok it has 1 net carb in those 2 scoops so .5 with the 1/2 1/2 and water brings it up to about 3 carbs. OK the Carb countdown milk from Hood, has in 8OZ 13 G of protein, and 3 carbs. (stay with me here) I understand that theKeto is full of vitamins and minerals and has fiber, so does the CC milk just not as much, but if Im not using the shake as meal replacement just as a treat can you think of any other reason to buy the keto? Isn't it about the same otherwise??? Am I missing something here.

It depends on what you use it for. I would personally use the Keto Shakes since I'm after a quick snack or meal replacement and I like the different flavors. I also like that it has added vitamins, since I'm not as good at taking my supplements as I should be...

The Hood milk is okay for lc cereal (although I just use cream diluted with some water...cheaper and easier to find!) but I couldn't find the chocolate to test, so I'm not sure how that tastes on it's own.

I use the CC milk with some protein powder when I want a protein shake. I also add some Ice and davincis and its yummy!

The carb countdown milk, IMO isnt a meal replacement. I can have a glass of chocolate sometimes along with my eggs for breakfast or maybe even as a snack, but it wont be as filling as a protein shake. Mixing it with protein powder tastes great to me.
