My BF and I went out to dinner at TGI Friday's this evening and I got the new Sizzling Chicken and Cheese:

Two marinated sautéed chicken breasts over onions & peppers with melted American & Mexican cheeses. (Served with our signature mashed potatoes. )*

I just substituted their *fresh steamed broccoli (with butter of course) for the potatoes and I had a delicious LC meal.

I know I am always looking for good LC meals when we go out and it's nice to find something that is a great meal all to itself without having to "settle" for something less than what you'd prefer.

I am in LOVE with TGI Fridays I will have to make a point of going there this week thanks!

I have to remind myself that strawberry Daiquiris are off limits though... BUMMER...
