Kiwi's - Lisa's dips
Have been supermarket shopping this morning and have looked at "Lisa's Middle Eastern Foods" dips with new eyes - some of them are very low carb - of course we can't have crackers or bread with it, but use veges to dip or mix it with mayo/ sour cream or cream cheese.
Baba Ghanoush (egg plant ) has only 3.3 g per 100gr which is half a pot.
Feta and olive has only 2.7g per 100gr.
Some flavours have a higher carb level -so check label.
Available at all supermarkets just about everywhere!!
