Hellooo Im new

Hi everyone,

I started the atkins diet yesterday and am hoping to keep it up. I have never been on a diet before so this is a whole new ball game for me.

I decided to lose weight after I saw a photo of myself taken in the summer and I was completely shocked to say the least! Anyway I have put most of the weight on since last christmas when I was in a car accident and became very immobile and depressed so I started binge eating and well now I have to face the consequences...so her I am! Im looking forward to getting to know you all.
