Default Wondering about sushi? Yes I eat it a lot.

Does anyone have any idea of the carb count for the nori? It is the seaweed that most sushi gets wrapped in.

Should I count it as part of my veggies? Is seaweed a vegetable?

If anyone has any carb info on any sushi would you please share it with me.

I've eaten sushi 3 times in the last 10 days and I am down 7lbs so far so I am praying that it is ok on this woe.

Thanks

Sashimi is probably a lot better - sushi has super compacted rice, so you're eating more rice in each piece than it looks like - if you're eating the rice, you're not doing low-carb, but if you're not trying to do low-carb, sounds like you're losing weight in your own way!

I guess I should have specified a little bit more - I am mainly eating sashimi but last night I had the chef make me 2 handrolls, no rice and I was wondering about the nori. (compacted seaweed) I have no idea how to count it?

I would love furthur info on sushi so please, please share it with me if you have any.

Thanks. The sushi freak here - reason for my name.
