BMI doesn't address frame size, or lean weight percentage. Someone could be ah ealthy weight with a very low percentage of body fat, but be listed as obese by a BMI chart. Body builders are way off the charts on those things, and even non builders who happen to have a large amount of lean weight, look obese on those.
According to that site 135 would be the upper end of a healthy weight for me. At 135 my body fat is actually in the middle range of healthy. Sometimes people going by those carts try to push thier weight lower then healthy and start sacrificing lean mass to hit those numbers.
