Hello ladybug.
Drink loads of buckets of water. Move around as much as you can, cut down on sodium. Oh, and sugar alcohols in SF candy are infamous bloat-causers...

Made a search on "bloat" for you:

Maybe you could fine some good answers there.
Hope you'll feel fine soon!

Can also be as simple are you fat cell changing the shape getting ready to leave you body. Scary thought, but for some people, their bodies look worst for a while as they start to lose weight. It gets all giggly and squishie. But it is just part of the losing process.

it's me, Ladybug... I drink at least 80 oz. of water a day. No Sugar Alks and not much sodium.

I wondering about the fat cell thing - because after exercising, my hips feel like they are snap - crack- poppin' (I carry most of my weight in my rear) - it's weird to explain the feeling but I can actually feel movement in there under all that fat - it's kinda like a jumpin' feeling.

I'm crazy I know but has anyone else had these weird body movements.

A girl I work w/ lost alot on Atkins & she said she felt it alot in her stomach - her heaviest part - as like me & my rear. It's our theory of our fat cells shrinking or moving.

I can feel the weight loss but it seems my belly got puffier?

Weird stuff!!!
