newbie in New Jersey

Hi everyone my name is Sharon and Im on day 2 of Atkins and so far so good. I would love to hear from everyone about this 2 week induction part. Would love some buddies to wrie to also. Anyone out there live in Southern N.J.?? Im new to this area too so was justing lookin for people that know this area too. Hope to hear frm yall soon.

Welcome. If you haven't done so already I would encourage you to read the book. Induction is the first two week period of Atkins - carbs at 20g per day.
