I don't think so. The only thing I have found outside the Morningstar Farms veggie things is Celentano Eggplant Parmesian. It has a net of 18 carbs for the box and I eat half with some portebello mushrooms, cheese and a salad.

Unfortunately, the prepared food manufacturers have not yet caught up with us lcers. I have hope that the tides are a turnin' though!

My best suggestion is to MAKE YOUR OWN! Make extra at dinnertime, and then freeze a meal from that. I make stuffed mushrooms, lc meatballs and meatloaf...freeze in portions and take to work with me.
Much better for this WOE than the product available in the stores.

Default Frozen Dinners Marketing Idea

What a great marketing idea...wonder why none of them consider low carb??? Guess they are still on the low fat kick

Hi Maryy:

Check out the following link at Atkin's site:
http://atkinscenter.com/shop/produc...u_Classics.html

There are frozen dinners, but they ain't cheap! He has pizzas and other entrees, but I don't know what they taste like.

Yep, those frozen dinners are convenient, no doubt. But I hate the cardboard taste to the food now. Nothing's better than homemade for me, and I used to be the process food Queen. If it couldn't be ready in under 5 minutes, forget it. Now that I've been spoiling myself, I can't go back.

Ya, I hear ya

Most of it's organizational skills. Instead of thinking "what's for dinner" at 6pm, you need to think "what's for dinner" maybe in the morning before work or the night before.

You might want to invest in a slow cooker (crockpot) and throw your ingredients into it before leaving for work. Then dinner is ready when you get home. Make enough and you can freeze some. Some of the new crockpots have programmable timers on them that will shut off after a specified time and reduce to "keep warm".

Mary:

Check out the following link. I keep meaning to try some myself.

http://www.low-carb-food.com/low-ca...ck-pot-recipes/

There's also a crockpot recipe site, but it'n not low carb. You may be able to convert some recipes.
http://www.justcrockpotrecipes.com/

Also, if you plug in "crockpot" into the search engine, there are some recipes that appear. Here's the search I did. http://forum.lowcarber.org/search.p...rder=descending

Happy cooking,
Wanda
