Food tips
So I've just started the BFL Challenge yesterday, 03.03.03.
I'm a little concerned about eating 6 meals a day!!!
Day one went like this:
6:00 Cardio
7:30 Myoplex shake
10:30 Whole wheat tortilla, 1/2 cup egg beaters, chopped onion, pepper
1:30 tuna with fat free mayo sandwich on whole wheat bread
4:30 tuna with fat free mayo sandwich on whole wheat bread, apple
7:30 grilled salmon and some steamed vegetables on rice (brown rice was disgusting though, won't be having that again unless someone has some tips on making it taste decent.)
10:30 Myoplex shake
Am I on the right track for eating? Any tips?
