Default Vital Wheat Glluten or not?

I bought some wheat gluten from an AAmish store nearby. After reading several comments re: vital wheat gluten vs. wheat gluten flour
I went today to ask to see the nutritional label soas to determine the protein content.
Lo and behold there was none. It was called Windmill and they said
came from Ohio somewhere... The only other info I had was remembering
asking them if this came form overseas because in small print it
said Dutch (something or another-I can't remember)
Anyway, I know it's a long shot- but if anyone is familiar or may have a lead on this I''d appreciate it.

Found out today there are different vital wheat glutens on the market--some protein contents are as low as 50%...hope this helps others... always check the protein content!
