Have a good look around here, if you haven't already. I strongly recommend checking the orange bar at the top - especially the "Low Carb Tips."
I would also like to suggest that you start a journal here. They're a great way to keep on track and gain that support system.
You're starting with a great attitude, Heidi, you can do this! Remember, we nearly all feel "yuck" for the first few days as we detox from those icky old carbs. Just drink plenty of water and ride it out. It's well worth it!
