So, you ate a little of something you should not have....no big deal. That was one instance and you found you did not like the way you felt afterwards and that has its own reward. Having done that you can use that information to help guide your choices if this temptation comes again. Just beware it may come sooner than you think! I was successful in losing 70 lbs. on Atkins 7 years ago and then decided I would eat refined carbs on a holiday here, on a birthday there. Yes, I felt yucky each time but before I knew it I was finding more reasons to go off plan and then one day I realized I had gone a week off plan. Getting back on was close to impossible because the carb monster had ahold of me again. Short story, I gained my weight back. This time no "off plan" foods at all. But, each person knows their self best.
So don't feel guilty just feel informed that now you have confirmed once again that this WOL is for the best for you.
